Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In rare circumstances due to circumstances out of our control (inclement weather, service outages, or high volume of orders), there may be a slight delay. These are communicated by email.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping to customers in the United States for purchases on this website. This will change in the near future. Please email info@losangelesbrands.com if you would like to place an international order, as we can take manual orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@losangelesbrands.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
